"Horrible insurance agency, been insured there since 2019. On multiple occasions, we had issues with them. Ran back and forth from the dmv to them three times because we got a letter from the dmv that we got a lapse in insurance. Turns out the agent wrote the vin wrong (even though I gave him the title), and I had no insurance for a vehicle that I was paying every month for. On top of that, I had to pay $600 fine to the dmv. On another recent occasion, I took my son and daughter off my insurance, and they kicked all my cars off the insurance. I had to pay fines to the dmv even though it was the agents fault. Statefarm as a company may be good, but this agent is horrible and irresponsible."
